Mailroom Manager jobs in New Britain, CT

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Mailroom Processor in Meriden, CT . The duty of this position will be responsible for processing and mailing / shipping company documents for the office.

Hours for this position will be Monday Friday, 8 : 30 am 5 pm.

Responsibilities :

• Logging mail into the system
• Performs clerical duties such as typing and emailing as required.
• Protects examinee rights by always maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Opening envelope, identifying document. Opening task in MSP and notating the task with the missing document
• Opening and sorting certified mail to be scanned
• Updating mailing addresses in MSP per address change card from USPS
• May at some point include placing outbound calls to borrowers to update mailing address
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Must possess knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone.
• Must be Proficient in MS Office
• Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities, and use time efficiently
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to demonstrate and promote a positive team -oriented environment.
• Must be able to stay focused and concentrate under normal or heavy distractions.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and or stressful conditions.
