Mailroom Supervisor

Adams Publishing is seeking an individual to assist with overseeing our post press distribution processes at our production facility in Athens, Ohio.

Qualifications include:

· strong leadership skills

· strong mechanical abilities

· continuing education or experience in production methods, quality control, basic maintenance

· ability to communicate effectively with subordinates and other managers

· supervisory training and experience

Responsibilities include scheduling, training and supervising machine operators and our product handler support teams, maintaining and operating all post press processing equipment, assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary action. Weekend and holiday work may be required. Shift hours begin at 2 or 3pm Monday-Friday but can vary to do production needs. Employment is dependent on passing the pre-employment drug screening and background check.
