What you will be doing:
Our Production Mailroom Floater will gain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the general operations of a document scanning operation, with the main responsibilities of mailroom operator and paper preparation. This person will be filling in tasks as needed and told by management. Must be detail-oriented, a fast learner, and have excellent communication skills to handle various tasks.
-Using envelope opener to open envelopes (will be trained & are required to stand for half of your shift while operating mail opener)
-Opening and sorting mail
-Removing staples and paper clips
-Fixing creased or folded paper
-Taping down small documents
-Laughing with your coworkers and enjoying riveting conversations
