Description
The Idaho Department of Insurance (DOI) is looking for an Office Specialist 2. Ideal candidates are friendly, engaged and organized individuals as they will be in the mail room / front desk for the Department. This position distributes mail for the agency, serves as back-up to the front desk, and processes daily deposits and payments. This role will interact with many business units within the Department of Insurance along with other state agencies. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with paid holidays and paid time off. This position will need to be able to deliver daily deposit by walking to the Borah Building in Downtown Boise.
