Mailroom Clerk
HealthCare Support is currently seeking an experienced Mailroom Clerk to fill an opening with a Fortune 25 Managed Care Company in Getzville New York 14068. This is an ONSITE position.
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements for the Mailroom Clerk role- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working in a mail production facility
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Independent worker
- Able to follow and document changing direction
- Basic MS Office skills

Assignment details for the Mailroom Clerk- Schedule: M-F 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Contracted role; 6 months with possible extensions
Job Details for Mailroom Clerk- Interact with people and paper all shift. Handle machine challenges and interact with service vendors, keep workspace clean and safe
- Daily inserting metrics required, assistance and support provided to ensure to meet metrics. Handle machine issues, job issues as trained, adhere to HIPAA and quality guidelines
- Produce mail pieces using automated inserting technology
- Operate folding machines, cutter and bindery equipment
- Operate machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets into envelopes
