Looking for Supervisor

ABOUT
The ideal candidate will have previously managed a team of more than 5 people and is able to exercise good judgment to determine the appropriate course of action in a variety of scenarios. You are making sure that the client’s instructions regarding their mailing list are carried out correctly.

This is a fast-paced position that requires a lot of multi-tasking and strong organizational skills. This position requires tracking and reporting of individual and team performance metrics.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE

• Monitoring and evaluating team and individual performance, daily/weekly/monthly goals, review productivity, attendance reports and coach employees to improve performance

· Effectively communicating with employees and customers on the phone as well as via e-mail

· Proficiently following and relaying instructions

· Promoting teamwork and development through consistent interaction, effective coaching and creating an engaging team environment

· Comfortable with using Microsoft Excel

• Reading, understanding and duplicating mailing list instructions to correctly order the lists

WORK HOURS

• Full-time in-office position
• Monday–Friday from 9–6pm with an hour for lunch

COMPENSATION

• Based on experience (Data processing and/or Supervisor skills)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable and speedy using Excel

• Knowledge of other Microsoft Programs such as Outlook, Word, etc.

• Able to confidently supervisor staff and lead the team

• Detail Oriented is a MUST

• Composure under pressure and with any deadlines and quotas

• Upbeat attitude – we want someone who gets along well with others and is a team player!

• Reliable and responsible

• And other duties as assigned

• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
