MAILROOM SUPERVISOR jobs in Omaha, NE

We are currently seeking a Mailroom Clerk for our fast-paced Optical Lab located in Omaha, NE. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team!

Monday to Friday 9:0 am to 6:00 pm

$16.00/hour

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the timely movement of materials in and out of the mail room.

Duties:

• Open and sort incoming packages per procedures
• Prepare completed work for shipment prior to deadline
• Sort and route completed work by best carrier
• Match invoices and file as necessary
• Order and maintain necessary supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to meet and maintain deadlines
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
