Duties and Qualifications:- Provide optimal customer service
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Must perform various administrative duties Have good oral and written communication skills, job task planning and organization.
- Completing any required daily project reports with all the information and ensuring that all operations are correctly captured.
- Complete all paperwork required by Management
- Resolving and reporting any scheduling/conflicts to Management.
- Ability to work under pressure at time
- Attend weekly safety meeting
- Show leadership and guidance to Estimators, crew members, and office staff, lead by example.
- Monitor inventory of yard supplies and place purchase orders as necessary.
- Maintaining neat, organized and clean yard at all times
- Working with Management and the crew to overcome work challenges
- Ensures safety guidelines land protocols are followed
