MAILROOM SUPERVISOR jobs in York, PA

We are currently seeking a Mailroom Clerk for our fast-paced Optical Lab located in York, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team!

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the timely movement of materials in and out of the mail room.

Duties:

• Open and sort incoming packages per procedures
• Prepare completed work for shipment prior to deadline
• Sort and route completed work by best carrier
• Match invoices and file as necessary
• Order and maintain necessary supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to meet and maintain deadlines
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
