Maintains and develops online and batch application programs. Being a Mainframe Programmer develops and implements a disaster recovery plan. Works with project members to develop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts. Additionally, Mainframe Programmer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. -Experienced CNC machinist who can work in a fast-paced environment on tight-tolerance parts.-Candidate must have relevant experience in the programming and set-up/programming of CNC mills and lathes.Aerospace experience is a plus.-User of Fusion 360 for CAM programming of 3D geometries and lathe work.-CMM experience a plus.-Experience in CAM programming with Fusion 360 is preferred.-Experience should include close tolerance mill and lathe work.-Candidate should be able to demonstrate from past experience complex machining and creation of unique machine-tooling/fixturing to support projects.-Knowledge & experience machining common & exotic engineering materials (selecting tooling, feeds & speeds)-Able to set up/program/operate CNC mills and lathes according to preplanned setup sheets.-Must be able to work independently.-Follow production work orders and documents.-Neatly and accurately complete all required paperwork-Pay attention to detail, read drawings, and adjust offsets to meet tolerances.-Communicate professionally with team members.-Inspection of parts according to drawings and instructions5-Axis programmer-5 axis CNC mill machinist/programmer to run prototype and one-off projects on a high-speed vertical mill.-Strong and comprehensive understanding of multi (5 ) axis CNC machining-Confidence in your abilities while being willing to learn cutting-edge machining processes.-Utilize integrated probing systems as it applies to checking dimensions and finding offsets.-Understand high-efficiency tool paths, shrink-fit holders, and specific cutters for different processes.-Understand the use of plane spatial and plane axial functions.
