Responsibilities:
As a Machinist/Programmer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Programming and operating CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam software to produce high-quality parts and components. 2. Setting up and adjusting CNC machines to ensure accurate production. 3. Analyzing and interpreting complex blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately program CNC machines. 4. Performing regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. 5. Collaborating with the manufacturing team to improve processes and increase efficiency. 6. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. 7. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC machines and programs. 8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest machining and programming techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Machinist/Programmer position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer in a manufacturing environment. 2. Proficiency in using Mastercam software for programming CNC mills and lathes. 3. Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation. 4. Experience in manufacturing small batch parts. 5.
