MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the facilities, both interior and exterior. The Supervisor coordinates and oversees outsourced projects and addresses issues with contractors as they arise. The Maintenance Supervisor performs a variety of preventative and routine repair or replacement duties relating to facilities maintenance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages a facility preventive maintenance program. Including, all heating, air conditioning and maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
- Maintains up to date records for all state, federal and insurance semiannual and annual inspections.
- Prepares and pursues quotes for property maintenance and other property projects. Oversees contracted projects and addresses issues with contractors as they arise.
- Prepares and maintains a log of ongoing maintenance projects and provides weekly status updates to the Business Manager.
- Evaluates vendor costs on an ongoing basis to ensure Embrave is receiving quality services and/or products that are cost effective.
- Ensures appropriate and timely resolution of emergency after hours maintenance calls.
- Traverses Embrave properties to diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs to support Embrave facilities and grounds.
- Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment, facilities and grounds.
- Maintains knowledge of technological changes and compliance requirements to meet new laws and efficiency standards.
- Maintains, preserves, and inventories company assets.
- Coordinates facilities needs for functions and meetings, including set up and tear down.
- Promotes and demonstrates the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Embrave.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments, the management team, vendors, regulatory agencies and community partners.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two years experience required.
