In alignment with Gift of Life Michigan’s core purpose and core values, the Director, Organ Services serves as a member of the organization’s leadership team and contributes to organizational and department strategic planning and execution. The incumbent oversees triage and donor management and works strategically to identify opportunities for reducing response times and improving the processes for donor assessment and care management. The incumbent develops evidence-based protocols to maximize organ and physiological function throughout the donation course.
