Job Description
This position is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone that excels in developing and maintaining relationships and creating an extraordinary experience for others. This position serves as an administrative liaison between team departments and also serves as a clinical liaison between the practice members and the doctors.
Chiropractic Assistants play a crucial role in patient care, results, and retention. Chiropractic Assistants are conversion experts in the new patient process. This role includes consulting patients regarding health history and chiropractic education, taking Chiropractic Postural X-rays, performing neurological assessments with state of the art diagnostic equipment, data entry, answering phones in a timely manner while using good customer experience skills and judgment in the distribution of messages, scheduling appointments, managing insurance billing and claims, appointment preparation, care plan and financial plan reviews with patients, and assisting the Doctors in other areas to help them perform at their best.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic office or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong computer skills required
