Major Gift Director - Higher Ed. designs and implements a college/university fundraising program in the area of special and deferred gifts. Devises and executes plans to qualify, contact, and cultivate potential new donors. Being a Major Gift Director - Higher Ed. requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a department/division. The Major Gift Director - Higher Ed. manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Major Gift Director - Higher Ed. typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
- Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
- Must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing
Shift & Wage:
- Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
- Shifts Needed: 3pm-11pm and 7pm-7am
- Wage: Earn up to $39.50 per hour
