Major Gift Officer - Higher Ed. jobs in Birmingham, AL

Major League Football, a NEW professional Fall Football starting Fall 2024 is currently hiring General Managers for each of our 24 franchises throughout the country. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

• Selling corporate sponsorships for your franchise and maintaining the relationship with each sponsor
• Promoting ticket sales
• Managing the day to day operations of the franchise
• Managing the franchise budget
• Working day to day with the coaching staff
• Establishing and maintaining a relationship with the facility/stadium in your franchise market

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of three years of outside sales and management experience. Compensation is 25% Commission of all of your corporate partnership sales until the season starts in September 2024. At that point you would earn an annual salary of $150K salary plus continued commission of corporate partnership sales. Interested applicants must be in a stable financial position to allow them to prospect and sell corporate sponsorships until the start of the season.
