Major Gifts Manager manages and implements a philanthropic gift program to nurture and solicit relationships with corporate, institutional, and major donors. Develops a portfolio of existing and potential donors and a strategy to enhance and extend relationships to generate philanthropic revenue. Being a Major Gifts Manager organizes events and meetings with prospects to raise awareness of the organization's mission and highlight accomplishments and ongoing funding needs. Makes regular personal contact with key contributors to strengthen relations with the organization. Additionally, Major Gifts Manager oversees proposal preparation and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Major Gifts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Major Gifts Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Opportunity:
    To minimize the impact on business operations, Michelin is seeking an Incident / Major Incident Process Manager to lead all aspects of the Incident process and make sure that services are returned to the customer and/or end users as soon as feasible.     What you will do:
    • Handle P1 Incidents during normal business day hours (coordinate assets, identify next steps and risks, drive to resolution)
    • Manage Major Incidents impacting the Americas zone as needed, potentially outside of business hours
    • Monitor and report on Incidents to determine trends and make recommendations for prioritization of continuous improvement actions
    • Build and provide training on the Incident Process to all IT / business teams as needed
    • Facilitate daily transverse operational huddle meetings, including creation and preparation of reports required for input
    • Update IT stakeholders monthly with key operational metrics / KPIs, including the creation and maintenance of dashboards and presentations
    • Propose new ways of working to drive operational excellence and process improvements
