Job requirements:

• 1 years experience in a retail or sales environment
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to forge ahead without hand-holding or extensive follow up
• Proven ability to develop campaign strategies that result in increased revenue and business growth
• Friendly, positive attitude that wouldn’t mind shooting the breeze with customers and making gift suggestions to meet their needs

Job responsibilities:

• Manage storefront and ensure streamlined daily operations
• Optimize and manage online store presence, including occasional blog posts
• Contribute to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterests accounts and optimize content to convert
• Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance to make educated adjustments in digital sales efforts and in store inventory
• Plan events that are multiple-purposed to serve both the community and the store
• Be ready to make gift suggestions based on current inventory and curate Personal Shopping orders while in store
• Work closely with owner to pitch suggestions and keep owner informed of store needs

Hours: 12-25/week

Pay: $16-$18/hour
