Supervises and is organizationally responsible for the direct work of nursing personnel on the evening and night tour of duty Supervises the performance of nursing staff assigned to units: provides the Director, Manager, and House Coordinators information about staff performance.

Provides data for the performance appraisal process for personnel permanently assigned to the evening and night tours of duty. Counsels personnel and effects disciplinary action in the absence of a Manager or Director
