Managed Care Finance Director jobs in Albany, GA
Managed Care Finance Director directs and oversees all policies and procedures for the financial and data operations of managed care contracts. Manages contracts, negotiates and sets rates, and reviews reimbursement levels and managed care agreements to ensure that proper payment practices are utilized. Being a Managed Care Finance Director implements processes that encourage and inform the organization how to increase levels of reimbursements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Managed Care Finance Director typically reports to top management. The Managed Care Finance Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Managed Care Finance Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections .
We are currently seeking a part-time Mental Health Professional to join our team at Autry State Prison located in Pelham, Georgia.
The Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including : intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.
20 hours per week; 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm (2-10 hour shifts per week)
Qualifications
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
- Eligible for mental health professional license in Georgia required
- Active mental health professional license in Georgia preferred : LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LPC or LAPC
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
- Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
