Managed Care Finance Director jobs in Anderson, IN
Managed Care Finance Director directs and oversees all policies and procedures for the financial and data operations of managed care contracts. Manages contracts, negotiates and sets rates, and reviews reimbursement levels and managed care agreements to ensure that proper payment practices are utilized. Being a Managed Care Finance Director implements processes that encourage and inform the organization how to increase levels of reimbursements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Managed Care Finance Director typically reports to top management. The Managed Care Finance Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Managed Care Finance Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We have partnered with Sondhi Solutions as our subcontractor for dental services.
We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant for a part-time opportunity at Miami Correctional Facility located in Bunker Hill, Indiana.
The Dental Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Dentist and / or Dental Hygienist in chairside dentistry in a correctional setting.
Essential Duties :
- Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments
- Operating radiographic equipment
- Administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Completion of a technical school program in dental assisting or minimum six (6) months of experience as a Dental Assistant required
- Certification in Dental Radiology required
- Certification as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant preferred
- Must show / obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift : part-time 6am-2 : 30pm, three days per week, Monday-Wednesday
