Managed Care Finance Director directs and oversees all policies and procedures for the financial and data operations of managed care contracts. Manages contracts, negotiates and sets rates, and reviews reimbursement levels and managed care agreements to ensure that proper payment practices are utilized. Being a Managed Care Finance Director implements processes that encourage and inform the organization how to increase levels of reimbursements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Managed Care Finance Director typically reports to top management. The Managed Care Finance Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or a closely related field. Minimum of five years Accounting and Gaming experience. Casino accounting experience preferred. CPA or MBA a plus.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required. Must be proficient in various accounting software programs. Great Plains experience a plus.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
