Director of Finance
The Resource Center (TRC) of Jamestown, NY seeks a Director of Finance for this
comprehensive provider of human services and products. Reporting to the CFO/COO,
the successful candidate will place, develop, implement and manage sound fiscal systems
for the Agency’s operations and its affiliated corporations; and will direct, administer and
coordinate inter-departmental policies and procedures, while fostering positive
relationships with external stakeholders to ensure sound and stable management of all
Agency’s fiscal operations and activities.
Working in a team and outcomes-based environment, this leader can be expected to think
strategically and execute/communicate strategies that support both strategic and
operational goals. Key areas of focus include: Strategic Direction and Planning; Risk
Management; and Financial Accounting and Controls.
Must possess at least a Master’s degree and three (3) years of related experience; or a
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in a management level in a setting
comparable in scope and complexity to TRC. Licensure as a CPA, or CMA certification
is also required.
