THE POSITION
The Manager, Home Care Lifecycle Marketing will develop and execute a strategy to think differently about how we approach the customer journeys for both agencies and families. As we continue to build out the home care division, we need to evolve the touchpoints, content, and overall experiences we are delivering for both sets of stakeholders as well as effectively communicate all the exciting changes and capabilities we are launching in market.
You will be responsible for using data-driven segmentation and experimentation to develop compelling lifecycle marketing campaigns to deliver on our target outcomes. Additionally, you will own and execute the communication plans for rolling out new features and capabilities to our network of agencies and will be responsible for the adoption, sophistication and impact of our marketing automation platform as an enabler for these activities.

You have a proven history of building and executing a multifaceted email and lifecycle marketing program that drove meaningful business impact by using data, technology and deep customer insights.
