Our community is hiring an experienced Marketing Assistant.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

The Community Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting our Community Marketing Director at our senior living community to increase census.

You will be working with family members, a network of healthcare providers, residents, and facility leadership.

This position represents our community and often gives our first impression to those seeking our services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with scheduling and conducting tours of the community with potential residents and their families.
• Completing new resident paperwork and data entry.
• Providing weekly updates to management.
• Support the CRD in limited community relations/outreach, networking events and event planning.
• Build positive relationships with professionals both in and out of the health care industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Represent our community in a professional and positive manner.
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Achieve monthly census goals.
• Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, decision making abilities and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per year
