Additionally, Managed Care Marketing Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Managed Care Marketing Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     • Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments
    • Operating radiographic equipment
    • Administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
    • Completion of a technical school program in dental assisting or six (6) months of experience as a Dental Assistant required
    • Dental Assistant license or ability to obtain one required
    • Certification as an expanded duty dental assistant preferred; if the candidate does not possess a current certificate, one must be obtained in the first year of employment
    • Certification and / or previous experience performing dental x-rays preferred
    • Must show / obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
    • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
