    Duties:

    • Working on and helping manage multiple client accounts.

    • Engaging with online followers.
    • Creating digital and physical content, including copywriting, graphics, and video.
    • Managing complex mailing lists and target segments.
    • Managing and updating website content.
    • Assisting with event planning and production.
    • Managing client merchandise production and inventories.
    • Communicating with operating and sales teams across the organization.
    • Performing regular analytics and reporting on effectiveness of client campaigns.
    • Making presentations and assisting with internal client communications and policies.
    • Negotiating contracts with vendors and managing performance.
    • Studying client competitors and comparable brands.
    • Conducting surveys and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Required

    • Bachelor’s Degree, 3.0 GPA minimum.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinker with project management skills.
    • Able to organize and interpret complicated data.
    • Self-starter, problem solver, strong work ethic.
    • Technical proficiency with computers and office software applications.
    • Vehicle and phone required (mileage to be reimbursed).

    Preferred

    • Work experience in marketing.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud products.
    • Proficiency in WordPress or other content management systems.
    • Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
    • Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
