The Area Service Manager (ASM) will report to the Senior Operations Manager, and will work from our Placentia, CA corporate office.
The ASM assumes the core role of responsibility for the business performance of a specified Area Team. An Area Team consists of two to three Client Service Coordinators (CSC), including the ASM, who are responsible for tracking, scheduling, prioritization, and ALL communication necessary to maintain the fleet vehicles of approximately 150 assigned clients. Further, an Area Team is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and supporting assigned technicians to fulfill ALL client fleet maintenance service and repair needs.
The ASM will be cross trained in the multiple CSC roles within the Area Team, and will lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. The ASM will receive direction from multiple leaders within the organization on a regular basis. It is critical that the ASM have exceptional interpersonal communication skills, confidence to make swift decisions, and bandwidth to oversee a multi-faceted workflow without being overwhelmed.
