    Responsibilities

    • You shall act as the primary point of contact for clients, receiving and processing service requests
    • We expect you to prioritize service tickets based on urgency and assign them to appropriate technicians
    • You will monitor technician schedules and coordinate dispatching of resources to ensure timely resolution of client issues
    • We expect you to communicate with clients regarding status updates, estimated arrival times, and resolution progress
    • You shall maintain accurate documentation of all service requests, including relevant details and actions taken
    • We expect you to escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technicians or supervisors
    • You will perform quality assurance checks on completed work orders to ensure client satisfaction
