Managed Care Provider Relations Manager develops, manages, and sustains relationship with members of physician network of managed care service providers. Recruits new physicians and manages the credentialing and orientation process. Being a Managed Care Provider Relations Manager serves as a resource for physicians, answering questions and providing information about network procedures or contracts. Monitors provider performance and resolves any issues. Additionally, Managed Care Provider Relations Manager reviews billings and claims payments according to managed care contracts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department. The Managed Care Provider Relations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Job Description:
    Vero Networks is seeking a passionate and results-driven Community Relations Manager to play a pivotal role in launching new fiber markets by interfacing with municipalities and permitting entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with local government bodies, securing the necessary permits, and ensuring a smooth and efficient entry into new communities. This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to make a lasting impact on the expansion of high-speed internet access.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, counties, state, DOT and other entities.
    2. Identify required project permits, interface with permitting authorities to understand permit requirements, application process and prepare and submit permit applications.
    3. Review engineering drawing and permit submission package details from E&P vendors
    4. Negotiate Pole Attachment Agreements (PAA), franchise or other agreements as necessary.
    5. Secures building access / right of entry agreements.
    6.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Vero Networks, such as construction, engineering, and fulfillment, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
    7. Address any community concerns, disputes, or issues that may arise during the deployment process, providing effective and timely solutions.
    8.  Stay informed about local laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure Vero Networks' operations are compliant and up to date.
    9.  Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities related to community relations and permitting.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in community relations, government affairs, or public relations, with a track record of successful engagement with municipalities and permitting entities.
    • Strong knowledge of local government structures, permitting processes, and regulations.
    • Previous telecommunications and/or broadband industry experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
