- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility
- Assist with mealtime routines and ensure proper nutrition for children
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior

Requirements:
- Must have at least two to three (2-3) years experience in a day care setting, babysitting, or working with students
- You will need to be background checked and fingerprinted by the state
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with childhood development stages
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
