Managed Care Provider Relations Manager develops, manages, and sustains relationship with members of physician network of managed care service providers. Recruits new physicians and manages the credentialing and orientation process. Being a Managed Care Provider Relations Manager serves as a resource for physicians, answering questions and providing information about network procedures or contracts. Monitors provider performance and resolves any issues. Additionally, Managed Care Provider Relations Manager reviews billings and claims payments according to managed care contracts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department. The Managed Care Provider Relations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare is currently accepting applications for a Care Provider position in our Supportive Therapeutic Housing division, The Shove House. Duties include:
1) Operations
a) Prepare meals for residents.
b) Assist clients in obtaining their medication bags for self-administered medications.
c) Answer incoming phone calls professionally and timely.
d) Greet guests at the front door while maintaining resident confidentiality.
e) Conduct room checks daily.
f) Ensure residents are completing daily chores as assigned.
g) Write-up residents as appropriate to maintain consistency with rules and regulations.
h) Ensure supplies are fully stocked for the entire Shove House
i) Maintain order and communicate/enforce agency rules and policies
j) Intervene in client crises (medical, mental health, interpersonal)
k) Monitor dorms, bathrooms, kitchen and day rooms on a daily basis to maintain safety and security of clients and premises
2) Electronic Health Record
a) Document administrative notes accurately and by the end of each shift for resident interactions, when appropriate.
b) Ensure proper ROI's (release of information) are on file for visitors and callers.
The hours for this position are Friday 9pm - 7am, Saturday 9pm - 7am, and Sunday 9pm - 7am (shift ends at 7am Monday morning). This is a 30 hour per week position with benefits.
Eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Benefits include:
Starting wage $18.94 per hour.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License and a Washington State Food Handler's Card.
