Compensation ranges based on level of support provided. Encircle is a leader in Virginia providing sponsored residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities. This is a Virginia based program and services can only be offered within the state of Virginia.

Qualifications:

• Own or rent a home that can accommodate another resident comfortably.
• Six months experience or more working with adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Meet state required financial requirements.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer programs
• Must possess a valid drivers license
• Must be able to pass required criminal background check
• Ability to work with a team of people using a caring, understanding and patient approach.
