Description

• Performs all work tasks in a safe manner.
•  Is guided by organizational values and trauma informed practice in all interactions.
• Treats all children, families, staff and ancillary providers with respect and courtesy.
• Demonstrates and models sensitivity to the cultural background of children, families, and co-workers.
• Assures that all processes within the Department operate in compliance with applicable NYS codes, rules, and regulations and with Glove House policies and procedures.
• Provides direct oversight to the Medicaid, Insurance, 29i reimbursement and billing for 29i programs.
• Completes insurance MOUs with all insurance companies needed (based upon insurance providers for youth) as necessary.
• Completes all technical input/review of clients and notes to insure proper billing and reimbursement to the agency.
• Provides supervision and coaching to staff within the departments and co-leadership with teams within the agency.
• Conducts the fiscal management within the assigned Department in a manner to assure that adequate resources are available to meet program needs, while maintaining the fiscal viability of the department.
• Participates in the development of all Agency/Department policy and procedure to ensure that operations are in conformance with appropriate regulations and standards.
• Directly responsible for quality assurance activities within the Department including, but
• not limited to, design and oversight of program evaluation (effectiveness/outcomes) and associated monitoring/measuring activities.
