We are looking for a Level Two Support Technician to work on site in Enfield, CT and be part of a growing team providing remote support for our clients. As part of your job responsibilities, you will be working to troubleshoot and configure things such as PCs and peripheral equipment, cameras, NVR/DVR units, TVs, network connections, amplifiers, and other low voltage items.
Applicants should be able to work within a team as well as by themselves and be self-motivated to seek out additional resolutions or troubleshooting steps from teammates, our internal knowlege base, and the internet when they are unsure of the next troubleshooting step to take. The ability to communicate with the team and clients is an integral part of the job and you will be expected to provide timely updates regarding the status of open issues.
