Heritage Property Management in Bucks County, PA, is seeking a talented, reliable Maintenance Technician for our multi property residential and commercial portfolio. The successful candidate should have basic skills, knowledge and experience in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, drywall, can lift at least 50 pounds, and overall general maintenance. No on call required! We are willing to train someone who is interested and motivated! HVAC certification or other licenses a plus. Employer is willing to provide educational training reimbursement. A candidate should have a basic set of hand-tools and their own vehicle. We are a drug-free, safety-first workplace and all candidates are required to meet our criminal criteria.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
