Management Analyst (Support Agreements)

  • Duties

    • Ensures support agreements state the accord that has been reached between the parties involved outlining the responsibilities of each.
    • Use G-Invoicing for General Terms and Agreements and transactions, to create, modify, upload, initial approved and final approved agreements.
    • Provide financial analysis and data working closely with the Budget and Accounting Branches of the Resource Management Office
    • Serve as the Garrison Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) program coordinator and subject matter expert.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.     Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing support agreements; evaluating resource requirements, and implementation of internal control program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

    Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

    OR

    Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.

    FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.     The position is located at United States Army Dugway Proving Ground, approximately 50 minutes from Tooele, Utah, and a 90 minute drive from Salt Lake City, Utah. Dugway offers various alternate work schedule opportunities with most of the workforce working 4 ten-hour shifts Monday through Thursday. DPG is physically remote, entirely self-sufficient with government housing available for Soldiers, civilians, and Contractors. An AAFES PX, Civilian Authorized Commissary, Community Club, Physical Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Post Chapel, Child Care, Youth Services and Tooele County K-12 school system are on post. Employees choosing to live off post may use subsidized commuter van transport which operates to and from many of the major cities and towns throughout Utah.     Base housing is available for rent to Army civilian employees.
