A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Responsible for leading the design, implementation and oversight of the talent management and leadership development programs. These programs will be focused on developing and retaining top talent to ensure the organization has a strong internal leadership pipeline.
• Will be seen as a valued and integral part of the organization, engaging with various levels of leaders and employees, including regular interaction with executives.
• This role will oversee the implementation of talent management processes, team and leadership tools and practices that drive performance excellence.
• Responsible to partner with internal stakeholders to understand the unique needs of developing talent in the field and align the learning strategy and priorities accordingly.
• Shapes a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring our workforce possesses the skills and capabilities necessary to drive long-term success and achieve strategic goals.
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• A bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related area required.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in leading and managing talent development and learning functions and a minimum of 5 years of leadership, mentoring, and developing successful team members required.
