    ALL4 is seeking an experienced Environmental Managing Consultant to work in our Washington Office located in Bellingham, WA. An ALL4 Managing Consultant is an environmental technical expert who shares our vision and passion for helping our clients be successful. The ALL4 Managing Consultant works closely with clients in a strategic partnership supported by a foundation of authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability. The Managing Consultant will join a team of environmental professionals who are well-versed in complex permitting, compliance, and modeling projects, and who are committed to furthering our mission of being a nationally recognized consulting company shaping environmental responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners.

    Requirements

    • Execute technical expertise to assist and guide facilities through environmental permitting, compliance, and modeling projects.
    • Have working knowledge and proven experience with environmental compliance that occurs across multiple state and federal regulatory agencies.
    • Establish relationships with regulatory organizations and provide interpretation, review, and strategic analysis of federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Plan, manage, and execute all relevant project tasks, including developing project proposals and plans to determine time frame, budget, allotment of resources, and procedures for executing and completing multiple projects across industries, while serving as clients’ primary point of contact.
    • Prepare and execute high-level technical and consulting work and direct others on how to do the same.
    • Monitor and control project activities to achieve project milestones and financial performance objectives.
    • Effectively and proactively communicate project information to the team.
    • Cultivate and lead projects already under contract and expand business with existing clients.
    • Manage annual client revenues as collaboratively determined by the leadership team.
    • Meet ALL4 profitability targets and personal utilization goals.
    • Review client invoices consistent with established schedule and ensure project opening and closing documentation is completed consistent with established schedules.
    • Implement and monitor project procedures to ensure the quality of project deliverables and attainment of contractual agreements.
    • Ensure compliance of projects with ALL4 quality assurance guidelines.
    • Take responsibility for the health and safety component of project fieldwork (e.g., development of onsite health and safety plan).
    • Conduct regular meetings with the project team on status of work.
    • Exhibit ALL4’s core values in all transactions (internally and externally) and mentor junior technical staff.
    • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Engineering, geology, or applicable science degree and a minimum of 5 years of environmental consulting or industry experience. Advanced degree and/or professional designation preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple environmental projects across industries, while serving as clients’ primary point of contact strongly preferred.
    • Commitment to excellence and ALL4’s core values; openness to change, personal growth, and coaching.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow proactively; demonstrated project management ability.
    • Ability to develop, lead, and enroll strong teams with a wide range of personality types and technical abilities.
    • Effective problem resolution combined with the ability to delegate effectively.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate multiple project teams, for various clients, simultaneously.
    • Proven ability to formulate, present, and close proposals paired with a keen understanding of the consulting business model.
    • Established relationships with regulatory agencies and/or industrial sector facilities.
    • Technical or consulting experience with RCRA, MTCA, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Storm Water Management, Lead-Based Paint, and Other Media (Water and Waste) is preferred.
    • Acute attention to detail.
