Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join our legal team. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent research abilities, and a solid understanding of legal administrative processes.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Attend meetings with clients and other parties involved in legal proceedings
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Experience with legal drafting and preparing legal documents
- Ability to litigate cases effectively in court

Pay: $86,840.00 - $126,090.00 per year
