Vapor Honing Technologies is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality modern video content (short and long form) for various platforms. Your role will also involve cooperating with the marketing and sales team to create video content and occasionally appear on our social media platform.

Responsibilities:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity

- Incorporate modern visual effects, motion graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the video content

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives

- Organize and manage video files and assets

- Ensure timely delivery of edited videos while meeting project deadlines

- Continuously stay updated with industry trends and new editing techniques

- Incorporate modern editing techniques and music selections

- Act as a videographer for new content

- Appear on camera when needed to promote company products

- Help create, record, and edit creative video ideas for various platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Skills:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro

- Strong knowledge of modern video production techniques and processes

- Experience in motion graphics and visual effects

- Experience in creating engaging and creative video titles & captions

- Understanding of lighting and how to frame a product

- Understanding of video tags and hashtags and how they affect the targeted audience

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey creative ideas

- Must be mechanically inclined or capable of understanding industrial equipment

- $15 - $16/hr depending on experience plus a quarterly team bonus.

- On-site Monday – Friday 8a – 5p
