    Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

    Organizational:

    • Schedule appointments for the executive team and manage their calendars effectively.
    • Assist with sales outreach and prospecting efforts.
    • Coordinate pre-production activities for video shoots.
    • Update project pipelines and databases to ensure smooth workflow management.
    • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Track account invoices and ensure timely payments.

    Written Communication:

    • Create and send out invoices to clients.
    • Assist in drafting project proposals for potential clients.
    • Take comprehensive notes during staff meetings and distribute them as necessary.
    • Write and respond to sales emails in a clear and persuasive manner.
    • Handle production-related emails efficiently and effectively.

    Junior Editor Responsibilities:

    • Manage general media assets and hard drive logging.
    • Set up projects and import footage into editing software.
    • Mark and sort through interview comments and pull best-things-said
    • Perform basic sequencing and editing

    Necessary Skills:

    • Proficiency in Premiere Pro for video editing tasks.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
    • Self-motivated with an adaptable approach to work.
    • Mindful and team-oriented workplace demeanor.
    • Interested and passionate about social justice issues and a ready eagerness to learn about new initiatives and sectors.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Basic storytelling capabilities and understanding of narrative structure.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly After Effects and Illustrator.
