Manufacturers Service Contract Administrator jobs in Birmingham, AL
Manufacturers Service Contract Administrator ensures that customers receive services according to their contracts with the manufacturer. Communicates with customers to gather information about service levels and respond to questions or complaints. Being a Manufacturers Service Contract Administrator reports on levels of service and escalates complex or severe problems to management. May assist in contract negotiations. This job requires someone that is well organized and has great attention to the detrails. Recieve customers phone calls, look up parts and fill orders to be shipped out. Maintain inventory through proper recieving and invoicing. Maintain min/max levels of stock items. Handle freight claims. Order parts as needed and replenish our fleet of service trucks. Works with our accounting department to maintain acurate data in AR and AP. Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and ERP Software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
