This job requires someone that is well organized and has great attention to the detrails. Recieve customers phone calls, look up parts and fill orders to be shipped out. Maintain inventory through proper recieving and invoicing. Maintain min/max levels of stock items. Handle freight claims. Order parts as needed and replenish our fleet of service trucks. Works with our accounting department to maintain acurate data in AR and AP. Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and ERP Software.
