Our Florida region is growing! We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team in our West Palm Beach, FL office.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Coordinate the activities of the contract specialists, manage the flow of contracts, provide training, and help resolve complex issues. They will review, negotiate, and help resolve a significant number of contracts for both public and private sector clients. This individual will work with professional staff to address needs across offices, while making sure there are appropriate resources and addressing specific problem areas. They will be responsible for the organization and management of contract activities that results in high quality reviews, clear advice to project managers on how to proceed, and dedicated partnership to resolve issues. Additionally, they will coordinate with General Counsel as appropriate on individual issues and the overall quality of contract reviews. They will report directly to management and collaborate with team members.
