Accurate Mechanical Inc. is growing and looking to add a Service and Installation Administrator to our team.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Create jobs in Global Edge system ("GE")
• Create Purchase Orders
• Leads report - Generac/HVAC
• Invoicing Service Orders & Jobs
• Closing jobs in a timely manner
• Cost reporting
• Accepting payments and insure the customers are complete with their financing in a timely manner
• Post and enter deposits as needed

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• High degree of attention to detail
• General Ledger experience
• Cash handling experience
• Must be able to multitask.
