Your Contributions to the Team:
Are you unphased by challenges and adept at finding solutions? Do you find it easy to connect with others in conversation and convey your thoughts in writing? Due to our increasing growth, GloryBee is seeking a "new bee" to join our Sales/Contracts team. As the Contract Administrator, you'll be the liaison between GloryBee's Sales, Procurement and other teams, reviewing requests for our ingredients/products, analyzing metrics influencing product availability and pricing, and constructing appropriate quotes, timelines, and wholesale customer contracts, then managing reporting and communication through the lifecycle of those contracts. In this highly analytical role you'll enjoy working with numbers and data and have a great attention to detail. Your effective communication skills and solution-oriented mindset will also help you to collaborate successfully within your team and cross-departmentally. The typical work week for this full-time hourly role, is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, though some schedule flexibility is available. Our work site is located in Eugene, Oregon, although this role offers the opportunity to be partially remote. (hybrid)
