Contract Administrator

• Receive contracts and purchase orders, set up new jobs in accounting system.
• Write subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Write change order requests and process change orders.
• Obtain proper signatures and return for full execution.
• Maintain all files in the billing folders.
• Prepare monthly billings, AIA Application format or customer invoices.
• Maintain office, order office supplies, office machines/paper/toner, break room supplies.
• Plan parties, office lunches/meetings.

Bid Coordinator

• Receive bid invitations and route to Estimators.
• Download and print drawings for Estimators.
• Send out RFQ to subcontractors and vendors.
• Receive bids from subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of construction industry knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook and internet-based programs.
• Viewpoint/Spectrum Construction Software experience highly desired.
