    Job Overview: As a Service Support Specialist at Comfort Systems USA Temp Right Service you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of HVAC-related issues for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric focus.


    Responsibilities:

    Service Request Management:

    • Receive and process service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.
    • Assess the urgency of service requests and prioritize them accordingly.
    • Coordinate with field technicians to schedule service appointments and follow-ups.

    Dispatch and Coordination:

    • Efficiently dispatch field service technicians to client locations based on their skills, location, and availability.
    • Monitor and update schedules to accommodate emergency service requests.
    • Ensure that technicians have the necessary information, tools, and resources for each assignment.

    Customer Communication:

    • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on service appointments, estimated arrival times, and resolution status.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

    Documentation and Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and technician schedules.
    • Generate and update service reports for both internal and client use.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by technicians.
    • Collaborate with the service team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    Qualifications:
