Job Description:
PCI is seeking an experienced full-time hourly Jobsite Contract Administrator for its 588 Joint Venture construction operations based in Liberty, NC. This individual will provide the following administrative support duties on a construction jobsite:

Assist with New Hire Orientation

Responsible for onboarding new union craft workers

Tracking (e.g., certifications, pre-employment requirements)

Electronic document management (project and craft personnel files)
-
Maintain purchase order log and catalog packing slips
-
Assist and provide support to Project Team, as needed
-
Respond to incoming callers and jobsite visitors with excellent customer service skills
-
Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory; scheduling equipment maintenance

Responsible for all on-site catering and general coordination duties for meetings and events
-
Assist with asset tagging and maintaining equipment logs
-
Provide administrative support to on-site safety team
-
Develop and maintain customer relationships
SHIFT/SCHEDULE: The anticipated schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm. Start time may vary occasionally to support site orientation. Lunch breaks will be provided.
PAY: This is a full-time hourly position that pays between $18-23/hour based on experience, with full benefits package listed below.
Requirements:
Basic Requirements:

2-3 years' experience in either office administration, HR, payroll, accounts payable, or similar

Bachelor’s degree in administration or related discipline, or comparable work experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Minimum Requirements:
-
Must have strong organization skills and high attention to detail
-
Must be a self-starter and able to multitask
-
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment, particularly on a project site/office trailer environment

Strong oral and written communication capabilities
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Display critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Possess willingness to seek out additional responsibilities and professional development opportunities

Must have flexibility related to scheduling and hours (start and end time may occasionally vary)
Preferred Requirements:
-
Construction industry knowledge or experience
-
OSHA 10 certification in construction industry
-
Certified as a notary public in North Carolina
-
First Aid/CPR certification is preferred
-
Local to Greensboro, NC area
-
Willing to work in Raleigh, NC or other jobsite locations after 3-5 years
