As our Fabrication Shop Foreman you will;
Essential Duties:
• Make sure safety is your priority and the priority of others.
• Develops and implements schedules.
• Mentor employees to meet production, safety, and quality requirements and professional development.
• Work with the Coordinator to build production strategies, recommend equipment purchases and complete equipment reports.
• Manage your team when it comes to time cards, performance.
• Assure that the fabrication team is working the proper hours, and fully engaged to meet the
production schedule.
• Keep a clean and organized shop area and to exercise good stewardship with the tools
and equipment entrusted to you.
• Conduct appropriate PPE inspections and report equipment maintenance/inspection needs in a timely fashion.
• Assists Coordinator to ensure discrepancies identified during inspection are corrected ASAP
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned, and especially with regard to serving the
customer
